<p><em><span style="font-size: large; color: #800080;"><strong>2 Tomatoes &#8211; medium</strong></span></em></p>
<p><em><span style="font-size: large; color: #800080;"><strong>1/2 cup dried tomatoes</strong></span></em></p>
<p><em><span style="font-size: large; color: #800080;"><strong>1 Tbsp Pizza Seasoning</strong></span></em></p>
<p><em><span style="font-size: large; color: #800080;"><strong>1/3 Red Onion</strong></span></em></p>
<p><em><span style="font-size: large; color: #800080;"><strong>2 Garlic Cloves</strong></span></em></p>
<p><em><span style="font-size: large; color: #800080;"><strong>2 Carrots</strong></span></em></p>
<p><em><span style="font-size: large; color: #800080;"><strong>3/4 cups whole flax seeds, brown (soaked overnight)</strong></span></em></p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;">Blend all ingredients except flax seeds. After blending well, add the flax seeds. Mixture should be slimy and a little thick but not runny!</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #800080;">Drop by spoonfuls on Teflex sheet. Dehydrate for 10-12 hours at 105 degrees. Flip Krackers and remove Teflex sheet. Continue dehydrating for 8-10 hours or until desired crispness is obtained. Wow! Abeba&#8217;s magic is in the CRUNCH!!!!</span></p>

<p>Why is raw food important, particularly for the time and age that we are in? What are the foods that help to <strong>increase your vibrational frequency?</strong> What are the ones that help you to become a more clear channel? Is there a process to becoming physically more open to the energies of ascension? What foods can help to <strong>activate your pineal</strong>? How can you do this in an organized way? <p><strong>Wheatgrass and the other grasses (like kamut and barley)</strong> are exceptionally important and help in many ways with the activation frequencies. Activating, vortexing and charging your water is also important. We will discuss the power of the sun, of hydration, of breathing and much more. All of these are a part of nutrition for ascension. <p>We are moving very quickly into ascension and stand on the edge of an incredible adventure! This process will be beginning now but will take us through a phase of about 20 years as we are moving more deeply into the process of expanded vibration.</p>

<p>This great earth is overflowing with everything we need to aid the physical body for healthy ascension not to mention optimum health and even sublime health.</p>
<p>Each plant on this earth is a beautiful mystery unto itself. As you dive into the mystery by studying even one fruit or herb or plant it completely goes deeper and deeper. It could be a complete spiritual practice unto itself. To try to contemplate the love that mother earth and Mother Nature has for her inhabitants is certainly to contemplate the infinite. This planet has functioned as our Garden of Eden, where every nutritional need for the human body could be satisfied. Although we have committed a multitude of sins upon the earth and in the past prayed and thanked too little she has continued to send forth gifts for our healing and for our awakening.</p>
<p>I have studied raw foods and superfood nutrition extensively. I hope that I can properly describe a bridge of sorts. This treatise is intended to describe the best nutrition that will facilitate your ascension. As above, so below. As you take in nutrition for ascension, your mundane health on this planet will soar as well. You will become healthier and more vibrant just by following the program. However, your <strong>vibrational frequency will also increase many times</strong>. They go hand in hand. From this program, you will also begin to enhance your own intuition about what your body needs. This program is meant to facilitate not restrict. Here we reveal the mystery of seed cheese. The truth is that it is deeply simple to make this fermented food. The beauty of seed cheese is that you can take it in many directions! You can use different seeds and various types of spices. Enjoy taking this seed cheese to an exciting new place!</p>
<p>Basic recipe:</p>
<p>2 cups of seeds or nuts, for this recipe try sunflower seeds</p>
<p>1-2 cups of water</p>
<p>Soak your sunflower seeds overnight. Blend the nuts and seeds in a food processor until creamy. You can also use a Vitamix. Now place your mixture in a glass jar or a bowl. Cover with cheese cloth or nut milk bag. Keep in a relatively warm place (room temperature is fine) for about 12-24 hours. A separation happens at this time and the cheese part is the solid part, while the liquid part is sort of like whey. Strain the whey off by using your nut milk bag and enjoy the cheese. You can now mix your cheese with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, lemon or other citrus flavors (like orange) and add in a variety of spices. Tarragon and orange, for example go very well.</p>
<p>Here is another seed cheese recipe:</p>
<p>1 cup sunflower seeds</p>
<p>1 cup pumpkin seeds</p>
<p>1 T Italian herbs, or Mexican blend, or Indian spice blend (Curry)</p>
<p>1 tsp. lemon juice (the heaviness of the nuts means you need the lemon or citrus for digestion and to round out your flavors)</p>
<p>(These are usually available at health food stores)</p>
<p>1 t sea salt</p>
<p>Use the method above (pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds are the ones to use, soak overnight) to make the seed cheese base. When the seed cheese is complete, hand mix in your herbs and salt.</p>
<p>Almonds also make great seed cheese! Enjoy!</p>

This lemon drink is alkalizing and healing. Years ago, Lou told a great story about a women who was in quite alot of trouble from a chronic illness and felt that she was close to dying. He had her stop everything that she was eating and drink 2 gallons a day of this recipe. For her, he added 1 clove of crushed garlic to each serving.</p>
<p>Juice the following:</p>
<p>1 lemon, peeled</p>
<p>1/2 &#8211; 1 fresh inch ginger, sliced</p>
<p>2 apples (Fuji or Gala), organic</p>
<p>1/4 tsp dash of cayenne pepper</p>
<p>You can also add water to dilute this mixture. This drink is very soothing and alkalizing. It is excellent for weight loss. It can also be anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-parasitic, anti-viral and circulation enhancing. Also, apples contain malic acid. Malic acid helps to break down gall bladder stones. The lemon ginger blast is potent and powerful as a way to maintain your health!</p>
<p>My routine for a while was to get up at 5am, meditate and hit my Bikram yoga class at 7am. I would then get back to my home/office and make the lemon ginger blast to hydrate after class. After a few weeks of this, I was feeling incredible. I had lost weight and I wasn&#8217;t hungry until lunch time. For lunch, I would have a large salad and then a light dinner. I believe that the lemon ginger blast set all of that in motion. You can also add your favorite greens to your lemon ginger blast for a different experience of your juice.</p>
<p>As I said before, adding garlic creates an even more potent drink. Experiment with your add-ons to this classic detox drink and leave your adjustment in the comments section!</p>

<p>I made it! I am officially on week 3 of Dr. Ariel’s Avocado Smoothie. So many things have changed in my life since taking the plunge on Jan 1 of this year. My body has done a complete 180 regarding how I am beginning to feel and think about food!</p>
<p>Today, my skin is literally glowing! I love the look and feel of it. My husband has even been complimenting me on how smooth my skin is and touching my face all the time! I also noticed that throughout this whole experience, I have not had extreme body odor that I’ve heard some people say they have had. I have a new found respect for all raw foodies out there. It takes true determination to commit to staying raw, even when the cravings come in.</p>
<p>I can see how some people can fall off the wagon and want to get back on. Our bodies are so smart! We just have to listen. As an ex meat eater, I’m so shocked that I’m not craving it!</p>
<p>Throughout this whole process I’ve been wanting corn and starchy things but now I’m beginning to really start craving my smoothies and salads and&#8230; yes avocados! I want guacamole all the time now! I get so cranky if I can’t have my food, which I am sure is a major detox symptom or just an obsession! The vivid dreams are also so “out there” I wake up some mornings like “did I really dream that?”</p>
<p>I’ve also experienced spotting, aching muscles and joints, negative thought patterns, tiredness, and omg when I say I had a faucet nose the first week, I’m not exaggerating! It was so bad, I couldn’t tip my nose downward without dripping everywhere. I’m really looking forward to continuing either vegan or raw as a lifestyle after completing the cleanse.</p>
<p>Eating simply is a beautiful thing, and my relationship with food has totally changed. I’m actually full when I drink my smoothies and eat my salads. I thought I would be starving but it’s the total opposite. I can now see where I made mistakes in the past regarding food choices. Eating out of boredom of even trying to fit in the social norm has been a few of the issues I have dealt with in the past.</p>
<p>I can’t wait to see where this journey will take me. I’m looking forward to eating more yummy salads and smoothies for the rest of my life! I can’t wait to see what good health and beautiful sun kissed food brings.</p>
