Here is a quick dessert that raw fans and non-raw folks will just love:
Pecans – 2 cups, chopped
Walnuts – 1 cup, chopped
Pulse these first in your food processor. Done!
Dates – 4 chopped (Medjool is the BEST)
Dried Apricots – 4 chopped
Cranberries, dried – 1/4 cup, chopped
Raisins – 1/4 cup, chopped
Now add these to the mix and pulse again. Done!
To this mix, add:
Cinnamon – 2 tsp
Vanilla powder – 1 tsp.
OR your favorite extract or essential oil of peppermint, raspberry, vanilla, toffee, butterscotch
Optional: Roll in dried coconut for a nice finish! Brilliant!
Create any shape this is – you can make balls, bars, etc!
