Spicy Crackers

These crackers have some nice kick with their spice. They could also be called “hormonal balancing crackers”! The flax, sunflower and pumpkin seeds are amazing raw materials for making healthy hormones including estrogen and progesterone. When you are choosing between nuts and seeds, always choose seeds. They are lower in calories, lower in fat, are easier to digest and have more health benefits generally.

3 cups flax seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds – soaked
1 cup pumpkin seeds – soaked
3 small onions
1/2 cup chopped peppers
1 Tbsp. fajita seasoning
2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
2 Tbsp. garlic herbs
*** CHOOSE YOUR OWN SEASONING. VARY HOWEVER YOU WISH! ***

Mix this all with your hands first! Put your love into it! Set for 20 minutes. Place spoonful size portions on dehydrator sheets. Dehydrate for 10-12 hours at 105 degrees. Enjoy!
