Melissa Mango goes with the flow!

We have a wonderful interview – Part 1 of a series – with Melissa Mango!

What I really enjoyed about Melissa was how down to earth she is, and how she has allowed life to take her in toward her bliss with a very natural, seemingly effortless flow. I don’t want to take away from her hard work! I took a live food class with Melissa in Tucson. I will never forget the AMAZING “raw barbecue” recipes and delicious desserts that we prepared. She definitely has a sense of how to make raw comfort food that remains enjoyable without being too rich. I learned during the interview that her food plan has become amazingly simple – lots of green juices, smoothies and soups. She also tells us cravings that she had while she was pregnant and what her diet was like. Thank you so much, Melissa for everything that you have given and continue to give to the raw food community. What a gift that you are!
